Physical education has important educational, developmental and health functions: it supports the physical, mental, intellectual and social development of students. Furthermore, it develops the habit of physical activities and improves health throughout our life. It supports the effectiveness of the learning process and plays a leading role in the health education of our students.
Our students develop skills to recognize and evaluate their own physical development and fitness.
They learn and apply safety rules during physical activities, as well as develop skills to understand the relationship between physical activity and health, and practice healthy lifestyle behaviors.
