Hatching eggs
Every year the Transition class is takes on the responsibilities and exciting labor of caring for our chick eggs. Our students monitor the chick’s development daily by looking through a professional, egg microscope.
It brings tremendous excitement to the whole school. After 21 days, chicks begin to hatch and become members of the Warsaw Montessori Family Community.
This process helps our students to gain skills in animal care, build further levels of responsibility, develop patience and to experience new life.
