Andrew’s Day
Today, our students at WMS celebrated Andrew’s Day.
Andrzejki is a folk holiday that is celebrated at the end of November. It falls on the eve of St. Andrew’s Day and it is called an evening of divination. In Poland, every year many people celebrate this day by performing various fortune telling. On this occasion, at WMS, students made fortune telling with wax and at he same time students discovered where wax comes from and found out more about the work of a beekeeper.
It was an amazing and fun day.
